Refund policy

Our return and refund policy can be found within section 2.4 of our terms of service

Return instructions:

You will have received a return slip inside of your order. Whilst we are working on our returns portal which will be seamless.

Kindly tick on your sheet and return back in your parcel with an exchange or refund. If you request an exchange, you will be sent an eGift card to your email for the amount of your products sent back from your original order.

If you do not have the returns slip in your order for any reason, please ensure you write your order ID number and if you would like an exchange or refund on paper and place back inside of your parcel.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

• All returned items must not be used, washed, dirty, not customised or are not in original condition

• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
