About personalisation

Important - Creating your unique look with our bespoke stitching/engraving quality could take us up to 5 working days to complete, it's well worth the wait though.

When customising the Combat Range, the adjuster may cover part of the text. The best way to help avoid this is to choose the smallest size which will fit your dog; the adjuster will then be located at the end of the collar away from the name.

Preview images are for illustration only, text and Icons will always be centered neatly on the product. Colours and fonts may change very slightly during production.

We offer personalisation option on almost all of our Collars, Leads and Harnesses. What are the key benefits of adding personalisation to your BullyBillows gear?

1. They're unique to you and your dog.

2. If you have multiple dogs, adding your dogs name can help to distinguish which collar is for which dog.

3. Adding a phone number and Social handle in the unfortunate event of your dog getting lost, this is a very powerful way to ensure your dog can be tracked back to you.

4. If you have a working dog, nervous dog or one who just loves to jump, you can enter names such as POLICE DOG, WARNING, DO NOT PET, NERVOUS etc.

Product description

Comfort. Control. Built for Everyday Walks.

Meet one of BullyBillows' most popular leashes, designed to combine dependable strength with everyday comfort and practical functionality.

The 1.4m Swivel Combat® Leash offers a balance of control and freedom, keeping your dog close while allowing enough room to walk comfortably. Built with durable materials and pressure-tested hardware, it's designed to support reliable performance on everyday walks.

360° Anti-Tangle Swivel
Featuring our anti-tangle swivel mechanism, the leash rotates as your dog moves, helping to prevent twisting and tangling when they change direction or circle around you.

The leash is also fitted with a custom Combat® Clip, designed for secure attachment and straightforward locking and release. It connects to compatible collars and harnesses, making it a practical choice for your everyday walking kit.

Comfortable Neoprene Lining
Both the handle and the inside of the leash feature soft Neoprene lining, providing a comfortable feel during use.

The same material used in wetsuits, Neoprene is quick-drying and odourless, helping keep the leash comfortable and pleasant to handle, even after wet walks and outdoor adventures.

Built for Strength
Designed with durability in mind, the Swivel Combat® Leash features hardware that has been pressure-tested to withstand hundreds of pounds of force.

My dog is quite big and can pull really hard when she sees a cat she wants to chase. I've never felt more secure with a lead before. Now I don't care how many cats we'd see on our walks. I love it!

Customer video review of 1.4m Swivel Combat Lead | Anti-Tangle & Secure Clip - Black

Excellent leash who gives more control of my dog. Because of her strength it's better to have a shorter leash so she can't get as high speed when she sees something or someone who's needs to gett out of our way. The neoprene is smooth in the hand and I will not risk injury in my fingers because of the fast grip I get.

FAQs

How to put a slip lead on a dog

To put a slip lead on your dog, create a loop and slide this over your dog’s head, positioning it just behind their ears. Gently pull on the lead to ensure it’s snug but not too tight, and adjust the rubber stopper so that it’s secure around your dog’s neck. This can provide better control during walks without choking your dog.

Do dogs have to be on a lead?

Dogs should be on a lead in certain areas, including roads, parks, beaches and children’s play areas. Your local council might also have rules for specific places where dogs should be on a lead. However, even in dog parks and fields, it’s important that they are kept under control and that you have a lead on-hand for safety and compliance with local laws.

What is the best lead for dogs that pull?

If you’re struggling with a dog that pulls, having the right lead can make all of the difference. Our training slip leads provide more control without hurting or choking your dog, while our Combat clip leads are a popular choice due to the soft handle that’s comfortable for your hands. Make sure that your lead works well with your chosen collar or harness, which are also important factors when it comes to dogs who pull.

How long should a lead be?

The length of a lead really depends on the situation. A standard length lead (1.2-1.8m) is great for training as well as providing control in busy areas. We also have a Traffic Handle Lead for keeping your dog safe when walking near busy roads. For more freedom on walks, longer leads (up to 10m) allow your dog to explore whilst ensuring they are safely connected to you.
