Dog Deshedding Comb - Dog, Horse & Cat - Black

Product description

Less Loose Fur. Easier Grooming. The BullyBillows Difference.

Introducing the Bespoke BullyBillows Deshedding Comb, designed to help remove loose, dead hair and dirt from your pet's coat with ease. Created for pet owners who want a practical grooming tool that delivers, it combines interchangeable blades with a comfortable, branded rubber grip to make regular grooming easier.

Whether you're freshening up your dog's coat after a muddy walk or helping manage loose fur around the home, this versatile grooming tool is a valuable addition to your pet care collection.

Designed for Comfort and Control
Grooming should be comfortable for both you and your pet. The Deshedding Comb features a soft, branded rubber grip, designed to provide a comfortable hold and better handling during grooming sessions.

Its interchangeable blade design allows you to choose the option that best suits your pet's coat, helping you tailor your grooming routine to their individual needs.

Four Replacement Blades Included
Each box comes with four replacement blades and a spare screw, giving you extra flexibility and convenience. Different blade styles offer different tooth widths and levels of rigidity, allowing you to explore which option works best for your pet's coat.

Find the Right Blade for Their Coat
Choosing the right blade can make all the difference:

  • Short-haired breeds: Finer-toothed blades may be better suited to shorter coats.
  • Longer-haired breeds: Wider-toothed blades may be more suitable for some longer coats.
  • Very long or specialist coats: This comb may not be suitable for every coat type, including some breeds with very long fur, such as Afghan Hounds.

Always use gentle strokes and avoid excessive pressure to help keep grooming comfortable.

More Than Just a Dog Grooming Tool
Although designed with dogs in mind, the BullyBillows Deshedding Comb can also be suitable for cats and horses, depending on their coat type and individual grooming needs.

If your pet has sensitive skin, a skin condition, matting or any irritation, consult your veterinarian or a qualified grooming professional before use.

Brilliant comb.. Highly recommend it.. Use it specially around my dogs neck as it's very thick and it took out all the olden dead hair really easily and then I had to tighten his collar up because it was loose due to the combing..

Dog Deshedding Comb - Dog, Horse & Cat - Black

I have tried many brushes on my short haired Frenchie and nothing stops the shedding. That was until I found Bully Billows comb. I can't believe how much hair this comb removes, it really is the only one that works, I just wish I'd have bought it sooner

Dog Deshedding Comb - Dog, Horse & Cat - Black

Who knew... I can get rid of (not all) but a lot of my bulldogs shredding .. and brushing him outside makes for nice furry nests for the neighborhood birds 🫶

FAQs

Will a muzzle keep a dog from barking?

Muzzles are primarily designed for safety, such as biting or chewing, rather than to stop barking. Although it can reduce barking, it won’t completely stop it, so it’s important to choose the right muzzle and make sure your dog is comfortable wearing it. This applies to both cage muzzles and fabric safety muzzles too.

How to shampoo a dog

To shampoo your dog, start by wetting their coat with warm water. Apply a dog-friendly shampoo and massage it into their fur and skin, taking good care to not get it in their eyes or ears. Rinse completely, and then apply your doggy conditioner to keep their fur shiny and smooth. Rinse again, then towel try or use a hair dryer on a low heat setting. Then, spray them with your favourite BullyBillows cologne for an unbelievably clean and fresh pooch.

How to muzzle train a dog

Begin muzzle training your dog by introducing it slowly; let them sniff it and investigate the muzzle whilst offering treats, to create a positive association. Start with slow sessions then gradually increase the time that they wear it (making sure that it fits properly) and offer rewards for calm behaviour. Find more information in our insightful blog - How to muzzle train a dog.

How often should you brush your dog?

How often you brush your dog really depends on the breed and coat type. Some long-haired breeds, or double-coated breeds, could benefit from daily brushing to reduce matting, whereas short-haired breeds might only need brushing once a week.

Once you’ve found what works best for you and your dog, keep it up! Regular brushing keeps your dog’s coat healthy and improves skin circulation too. Check out our deshedding brushes and combs for a gentle way to remove loose and unwanted fur.
