This is the second double ended trying lead we have purchased, we use them with our Lurcher who is very strong and by having the double end lead adds bit of security if he suddenly pulls if he sees something he would like to chase. Nothing wrong with one we just wanted 2 so didn't need to use one that had got wet on an earlier walk. Strong and soft to touch.

How to put a slip lead on a dog
