Don't worry too much regarding sizing of the nylon straps where it is fastened securely around your dogs head and back of the ears, as the muzzle straps are adjustable.

Comfort‑First, Dog‑Friendly Design

Made from flexible, durable silicone, the muzzle moves naturally with your dog instead of digging in or creating pressure points. Inside, the snout and cheek areas are lined with soft neoprene padding for extra comfort during longer wear.

How to put on a Muzzle

Hold the muzzle open and guide it over your dog’s nose.
Pull the straps up and behind the head (behind the ears).
Fasten the buckle and check it’s secure.
Adjust for a snug fit - secure enough not to slip off, but not tight or rubbing.
Do a quick safety check: your dog should be able to breathe and pant comfortably.

How to muzzle train your dog

Let them sniff it and reward calm interest.
Add treats inside so they choose to put their nose in.
Lift the straps gently without fastening at first.
Clip it on briefly, reward, then remove.
Build up time gradually and pair it with positive experiences like walks.

Why would I need a Muzzle?

Legal compliance - Different countries have different laws around muzzles, In the UK certain breeds must wear muzzles in public. In other countries Muzzles may be required on public transport etc.
Preventing biting and injury - Muzzles help protect against biting or injury due to the cage like structure that surrounds the snout.
Discourage your dog from picking up things it shouldn’t when out on a walk - a dog in a muzzle doesn’t always mean bite risk, you may put your pup in a muzzle to stop picking up or eating things it shouldn’t when out - for example poop (we’ve all been there)
Control in specific situations - your dog may need a muzzle in specific stressful situations - such as a trip to the vets, the groomers or a new and busy environment.
