Returns

We are happy to accept the return of all unused and non-customised items, for a refund or store credit. If you would like a refund, please ensure your item is returned to us within 14-days from the date of delivery. If you would like store credit, please ensure your item is returned to us within 30-days of the date of delivery.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please make your return using our dedicated return portal, If you need further assistance with how to use our return portal, or if you have any questions about the return process, please let us know! We are happy to help.

Once you have made your return - please keep hold of your postage receipt until your return has been received and processed.

Please make sure you:

1. Carefully pack your item(s) in secure packaging. Please use the original packaging if possible.

2. Include a copy of your order confirmation email, with your order number, or packing slip in the return parcel.

3. Post your return, or arrange home collection and obtain a copy of your postage receipt.

RETURNS PROCESS

Once we receive your return, please allow between 6-10 working days for it to be processed. During sales or festive periods, this timeframe may be extended due to increased demand. Please rest assured our team is working hard to process your return as quickly as possible! Once your return is processed, you will be notified by email

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Refunds
Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed and received in your account. This will be debited to the account your items were originally purchased from and cannot be altered. Please note - as your refund can only be returned to the original payment method, if you placed your order using a gift card, your refund will be returned to that gift card. This cannot be changed.

Exchanges
We are currently unable to accept returns for a direct exchange. This is something we hope to offer our EU customers in the near future. If you would like to change the item, please return for store credit instead.

Store Credit
You will receive an eGift card which will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please be sure to check your spam if you are unable to see the gift card in your inbox.We cannot accept the return of the below:

1. Items showing clear signs of use -Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any item that shows signs of being used outside of trying on purposes. Please take care to ensure your return is in like-new condition when it reaches us.

2. Customised items -As outline in the returns policy on our website, we cannot accept the return of items that have been customised to your specifications, or with your personal information.

3. Items returned outside our 30-day return policy- Please ensure you make your return in a timely manner, as we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

4. Free Gifts - In the unlikely event that you will need to return your items to us, you must return the free gift unused for us to refund your order in full. If you return your order without the unused free item we will have to deduct that cost from any refund we provide.

5. Items that are not received by us and cannot be tracked with relevant tracking details.
