About personalisation

Important - Creating your unique look with our bespoke stitching/engraving quality could take us up to 5 working days to complete, it's well worth the wait though.

When customising the Combat Range, the adjuster may cover part of the text. The best way to help avoid this is to choose the smallest size which will fit your dog; the adjuster will then be located at the end of the collar away from the name.

Preview images are for illustration only, text and Icons will always be centered neatly on the product. Colours and fonts may change very slightly during production.

We offer personalisation option on almost all of our Collars, Leads and Harnesses. What are the key benefits of adding personalisation to your BullyBillows gear?

1. They're unique to you and your dog.

2. If you have multiple dogs, adding your dogs name can help to distinguish which collar is for which dog.

3. Adding a phone number and Social handle in the unfortunate event of your dog getting lost, this is a very powerful way to ensure your dog can be tracked back to you.

4. If you have a working dog, nervous dog or one who just loves to jump, you can enter names such as POLICE DOG, WARNING, DO NOT PET, NERVOUS etc.

Product description

Are you looking for a lead that is not only has a padded handle for a more enjoyable walk, has an anti-tangle mechanism to avoid your dog tangling the lead during walks, has been pressure tested to withstand hundreds of pounds of pressure and a bespoke clip that is so easy to lock and release onto any collar or harness?

You are in the right place. This is undoubtedly the most popular BullyBillows lead we currently offer.

Trademark & Copyrighted Design Rights Number: 6189800

The lead measures 1.48 meters in length, including the handle and 2.5cm (1 inch) in width, ensuring your dog is close enough at all times during a walk but long enough to allow your dog a bit of space whilst walking.

We have also lined the inside of the lead and the handle with Neoprene, which is the same material used on wet suits which is soft, quick drying and odourless.

I LOVE THESE PRODUCTS SO MUCH! I want them all! My girl is still growing as she is only 9 months so I haven’t been buying as many collars as I’d like but once she is full grown I am buying many different colors for collars and I’m ordering more leads as we speak! I’m in the USA and no other brands compare to Bullybillows. I have looked everywhere to try to find something equivalent that’s local but I’ve had zero luck. 100000% recommend this company. My favorite by far!

FAQs

How to put a slip lead on a dog

To put a slip lead on your dog, create a loop and slide this over your dog’s head, positioning it just behind their ears. Gently pull on the lead to ensure it’s snug but not too tight, and adjust the rubber stopper so that it’s secure around your dog’s neck. This can provide better control during walks without choking your dog.

Do dogs have to be on a lead?

Dogs should be on a lead in certain areas, including roads, parks, beaches and children’s play areas. Your local council might also have rules for specific places where dogs should be on a lead. However, even in dog parks and fields, it’s important that they are kept under control and that you have a lead on-hand for safety and compliance with local laws.

What is the best lead for dogs that pull?

If you’re struggling with a dog that pulls, having the right lead can make all of the difference. Our training slip leads provide more control without hurting or choking your dog, while our Combat clip leads are a popular choice due to the soft handle that’s comfortable for your hands. Make sure that your lead works well with your chosen collar or harness, which are also important factors when it comes to dogs who pull.

How long should a lead be?

The length of a lead really depends on the situation. A standard length lead (1.2-1.8m) is great for training as well as providing control in busy areas. We also have a Traffic Handle Lead for keeping your dog safe when walking near busy roads. For more freedom on walks, longer leads (up to 10m) allow your dog to explore whilst ensuring they are safely connected to you.
