The 5cm Slip-On Collar is designed to slip comfortably over your dog's head, combining a secure martingale-style design with soft, comfortable materials. Suitable for puppies, smaller breeds and growing or fully mature dogs.
We recommend choosing the smallest size possible within the size range that comfortably fits your dog's neck.
Series 2 features new collar sizing. If you have purchased this collar before, please measure your dog's neck to ensure you select the correct size.
As this collar slips over the head, please measure your dog's head before ordering. Dogs with larger heads may require the next size up.
The thick foam and Neoprene padding may increase the overall width from 5cm to between 5.4cm and 5.8cm due to material overhang.
The collar features three internal layers of nylon, foam and Neoprene, providing a soft, comfortable fit, particularly for dogs with sensitive skin.
We've reimagined the martingale-style collar with specific stitching lines designed to help control how the collar tightens when your dog pulls, while maintaining comfort and effectiveness.
Two stainless steel D-rings provide a secure connection. The lead attaches to the smaller D-ring, while tension tightens the smaller loop and, in turn, the larger nylon loop around the neck.
Two reflective strips also help improve visibility during night-time walks.
During hot weather, you can soak the collar in cold water and ring it out. Due to the Neoprene and foam, this collar can absorb cold water and can be placed on your dog during hot weather to help keep them cool.

Gorgeous collar, such good padding
I really like collars like these! They sit nice and loose and comfy most of the time, perfect for at home. When leashed, and slight pressure is being applied by the collar it will tighten. I did get it in a size where it could never possibly choke him, I really didn't want that to happen, my dog is perfectly trained, no need for anything aversive. When at its tightest, there's still some space, exactly what I wanted! Love the color, it's soft and the customization option is super fun! Once I get his harness in another color, I'll definitely again add this type of collar to match!
Love this collar. So easy to use, works well with my dog directing her and doesn't affect her skin at all which I was worried about because she has sensitive skin. Few changes in size to figure out the right fit. Now we know what size, I might buy more in another colour!!

i bought a 5cm RR Collar | Soft Padded & Reflective | Series 2 - Pink and 5cm RR Collar | Soft Padded & Reflective | Series 2 - Dark Blue, unfortunately i ordered the wrong size, i was going to return and swap them, but because they are such beautiful collars, we decided to keep the bigger ones for our pups to grow into and i ordered 2 of the smaller size, they are amazingly soft and im sure they are going to be comfortable for our pups, haven't received the smaller ones yet, but will certainly add a picture if i can once we get them, i would definately recommend Bully Billows to everyone, no matter what dog you have,

Our luna loves her collar its so easy to slip on but once its on because its like a choker collar we dont have to worry about her slipping out as it grips nicely around her neck, best collar shes had so far !
